In memory of his prematurely deceased daughter Margaret, who loved this tea garden, the owner, Mr. Bagdon, gave the plantation her name in the 1930s. The plantation uses almost exclusively plants of the Chinese species Thea sinensis. Slow growth in the cool Himalayan highlands forms the basis for high-quality, full-bodied teas. This is a lively, full-bodied tea from the beginning of the second flush period, with a rich amber-colored cup and an aromatic, spicy bouquet with a touch of sweetness. Preparation: Pour over with water at 100C. Use 4 to 5 heaped teaspoons per liter. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Ingredients: Black tea / Darjeeling.
