Shipping is by DHL parcel with tracking. Choose your preferred color. The product is intended to support self-care and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Oven heating: Remove the pad from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using upper and lower heat. Place the pad on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper. Put the rack on the middle shelf and heat the pad for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Microwave heating: Remove the pad from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, the pad may need to be folded once in the middle. Always place a cup of water in the microwave. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pad; overheating may cause burns. Do not leave the pad unattended while heating. Do not continue using it if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for use. Care: Allow the pad to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat pads with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be dried for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Warnings: Never heat the pad unattended. Overheating may cause a fire or burns, and the pad must never be heated in a microwave or oven without supervision. Follow the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Always check the temperature before use, for example by touching the pad with your hand. A pad that is too hot can cause skin burns, especially to children and older people. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking and burns from improper use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the filling, such as cherry pits, spelt, or rapeseed. Washable at 30C, but dry thoroughly afterward, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of choking and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or there is a smell of burning.
