- APPLICATION: Apply StarBlend dry with our Paradise Makeup AQ Sponge Applicator or wet with our Natural Sea Sponge. Colors can be blended directly on the skin or by scraping a small amount of powder from the container and mixing it on a clean surface. StarBlend lasts longer than conventional cake makeup and can be set with our Barrier Spray to make it smudge- and moisture-resistant. Remove with soap and water.
