Tender pork neck with interspersed strips of fat forms the basis for this exceptional ham specialty. The particularly flavorful sea air around Parma allows this ham to mature into a delicacy. Ingredients Pork, salt, dextrose, lactose, fructose, spices, flavoring, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. Allergen: milk.
