This spirometer is especially intended for people with respiratory diseases. You can adjust the breathing therapy yourself according to the intensity of the breathing exercises you need to perform at that time. Gentle intensity: raise the first ball; moderate intensity: raise the first and second balls; maximum intensity: raise the first, second, and third balls. Its function is based on kinesitherapy, or incentive spirometry, to help patients with chronic bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema, or COPD maintain lung function. Instructions for use: 1. Hold the device. 2. Exhale deeply. 3. Seal your lips around the mouthpiece so that no air can escape. 4. Inhale through the mouthpiece without forcing it. 5. Try to keep the first, second, and third balls raised for 35 seconds. 6. Repeat this exercise 45 times, with a pause between inhalations. 7. Repeat this exercise throughout the day as often as recommended by your doctor. Safety precautions: - Each medical device is intended for use by a single patient. - The exercises should always be supervised by a doctor or therapist. - Before each use, wash the mouthpiece with warm water and then shake it dry. - Do not dispose of it in the environment. - Follow your doctor's or therapist's instructions.
