Size: 40 cm x 25 cm. For couverture: Cut the sheet into pieces or strips. Apply a thin layer of tempered couverture to the printed side. Bend the sheet if desired. Once the couverture has set, peel off the sheet. The colors will remain on the couverture. Use this to decorate cakes, desserts, pralines, and more with distinctive elements. For cakes or creams: Place cakes or desserts upside down directly onto the sheet. After freezing, peel off the sheet. The decorations will then be directly on the cake or desserts. For rolled fondant: Roll out the fondant as usual. Place the transfer sheet on the fondant, then cover it with a sheet of parchment paper. Iron over the parchment paper using an iron on setting 1. Remove the parchment paper, then carefully peel off the sheet. Let your imagination run free. Ingredients: Cocoa butter, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, cocoa mass. May contain traces of SOY and MILK.
