This woody, rich oil is often used in aromatherapy for its calming and stabilizing aroma. It is ideal for diffusion, helping complete aromatherapy blends with a grounding, earthy base note. Cedarwood Atlas Oil is an excellent massage oil, particularly suited to more masculine massage blends. Combined with a carrier oil and other essential oils, it can be used to create a calming and strengthening blend that maximizes the benefits of massage. Dilution Dilute to 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1 ml of essential oil per 100 ml of carrier oil. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. You can use a dilution of up to 3% for application to the body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before use during pregnancy. Aromatherapy Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the calming and harmonizing aroma of Cedarwood Atlas. Massage Create your own massage blend by adding Cedarwood Atlas and your other favorite essential oils to a carrier oil. We recommend Coconut Oil No. 203, Sweet Almond Oil No. 215 or Grapeseed Oil No. 210. Skin Care You can use Cedarwood Atlas Oil as an ingredient in your homemade beauty formulations and applications. We recommend Extra Virgin Olive Oil No. 233 or Virgin Hemp Seed Oil No. 206. Ingredients: Cedrus atlantica.
