If this is not the case, please contact us before ordering. One (1) pack of Nasal Spray AL 0.1% contains 10 mL. Each 1 mL of solution contains 1.0 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride. Each mL of solution contains 0.2 mg benzalkonium chloride.
