Organic grain pillow in the shape of a neck crescent with chambers and an attached back section. Natural filling: a mix of organic wheat and organic rye. Cover: 100% organic cotton. Designed for the upper back, shoulders, and neck. Made in Germany. One heat application lasts approximately 15 minutes. The attached back section is approximately 23 cm wide at the upper edge, 17 cm wide at the bottom, and approximately 13 cm high. Use as a heat pillow in the microwave: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for about 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. In a microwave with a turntable, use the same settings. Use as a heat pillow in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use parchment paper, place the pillow freely, and put a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. Use as a heat pillow on a radiator: If less heat is required, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. Use as a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. This wellness heat and cold pillow is intended for comfort and relaxation at home. Read the instructions and safety information before use, and keep them for future reference. The neck crescent pillow with chambers and back section is available in many colors. For petite people, the lighter neck crescent pillow with chambers is recommended; for larger people, the substantially heavier neck pillow with collar is recommended. If the neck crescent pillow is only needed for the neck area, the neck crescent pillow with stand-up collar is recommended.
