One heat application lasts approximately 15 minutes. Made in Germany. The attached back section is approximately 23 cm wide at the top edge, approximately 17 cm wide at the bottom, and approximately 13 cm high. Easy to use as a warming neck pillow in the microwave: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for approximately 1.5 minutes. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached. In the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and ensure the pillow is freely positioned. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. On a radiator: For less heat, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cooling pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. This neck wrap with chambers and back section is available in many colors. For petite people, we recommend the lighter neck wrap with chambers. For more robust people, we recommend the significantly heavier neck pillow with collar. If you only need the neck wrap for the neck area, our recommendation is the neck wrap with stand-up collar. Cooling pillow: Place in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Radiator: Warm on a radiator when less heat is required. Warning: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease deposits may damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the filling does not dry out. Excessive heating, excessively high power, or an activated grill function may cause the pillow to overheat and catch fire. Also follow the instructions for your appliance; some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again.
