Level the surface. Remove the transparent backing film from the underside. If the film is difficult to remove, place the topper in the freezer for approximately 1 minute. Spread the cake with nut-nougat cream, chocolate, or icing, then gently press and align the topper. Do not bring it into contact with whipped cream or similar products, as this may cause it to lose its consistency. If decorating a whipped-cream cake, apply the topper no earlier than 5 minutes before serving. Tip: If necessary, trim the topper to size with scissors.
