Description

• Premium sea salt flakes from Iceland
• Sea salt flakes blended with hand-picked blueberries
• Perfect with summer salads, game and fish dishes, and more
• Presented in an attractive metal tin

Nordur sea salt flakes are combined with hand-picked Icelandic blueberries. The salt is produced in collaboration with the small family business Urta Islandica. It is a perfect accompaniment to summer salads, game and fish dishes. The Nordur & Co. saltworks is located on the small island of Karlsey in the inner part of the legendary Breiafjrur. Its coastal landscape offers a spectacular panorama of shallow waters, small side fjords and countless reefs. This flaky salt has been produced there using traditional methods since 1753. Clean seawater is directed into boiling pans and slowly heated with water from natural hot springs. What remains is a pure natural product: fresh, crisp sea salt flakes. Manufacturer/importer address: Nordur Salt, Michael Drewensvej 18, 8270 Hjbjerg, Denmark
