Mild in flavor and especially meaty, this is the largest of all olive varieties and one of Spains most sought-after table olives. Hand-stuffed with a green pepper (Spanish: guindilla), it becomes the Gordilla. Its fruity spiciness and crisp bite create an exceptional taste experience.
