Neck pillow and heat pillow with a natural filling. Cover: 100% cotton from controlled organic cultivation. As a microwave heat pillow: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for approximately 1 minute. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the neck pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. As an oven heat pillow: Heat at a maximum of 150C for approximately 1015 minutes. To prevent the filling from becoming too dry, place a cup of water in the oven. As a radiator-heated pillow: If less heat is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again. Burn hazard: Check the temperature of the heat pillow before using it or giving it to another person. Never heat it unattended. Follow the operating instructions for your microwave. A heat pillow is not a toy. Caution: Overheating and drying out may create a fire hazard. COLD PILLOW: Place in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. RADIATOR: Warm on a radiator when less heat is needed. Warnings: CAUTION! Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease residue may damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the seeds do not dry out. Heating for too long, using too high a power level, or leaving the grill function on can cause the pillow to overheat and may result in fire. Also follow the instructions for your appliance. Some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again.
