This is more than many other types of flour and some cereal bars. It is also rich in plant-based, gluten-free protein and other valuable ingredients naturally found in coconut. Dr. Goerg Organic Coconut Flour is pure, unsweetened, and unbleached. Use: A small amount of coconut flour can add a delicate flavor to your dishes. Stir 2 tablespoons into muesli or yogurt. When baking cakes or pastries, replace up to 1020% of the grain flour with coconut flour. It also adds a refined flavor to warm dishes such as soups, stews, curries, casseroles, and sauces, as well as beverages such as milkshakes and smoothies. The body needs a certain amount of fiber every day so that the intestines can perform their functions properly. However, many foods today contain little or none of these natural sources of fiber.
