Organic shiitake powder made from the whole fruiting body of Lentinula edodes, cultivated under certified organic conditions in Northern Europe. Only the gently dried shiitake fruiting body is used: no mycelium, no extracts, and no additives. The result is a pure mushroom powder in raw food quality. The mushrooms come from EU-certified organic cultivation with short supply chains and transparent origins. Processing uses the Shellbroken method at temperatures below 40C, creating a finely ground organic shiitake powder that is easy to measure and use in many ways.
