Easy to use As a heating pillow in the microwave: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for about 1.5 minutes. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. As a heating pillow in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper. The pillow must be placed freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat at 150C on the middle rack for approximately 911 minutes. As a heating pillow on a radiator: If less heat is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pack: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different fillings: You can choose between different fillings, including spelt grain, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat. The fillings range from very hard cherry pits to the very fine seeds of St. John's wort. Instructions for use: Use as a heating pillow in the microwave or oven, or as a cold pack in the refrigerator or freezer. Warnings: CAUTION: Overheating and drying out may create a fire hazard. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to the risk of choking on small parts that may be swallowed. IMPORTANT: Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it. A heating pillow should never be heated unattended. Follow the operating instructions for your microwave and oven. Risk of burns: Check the temperature of the heating pillow before using it or giving it to another person. Ensure that the seams are always securely closed. A heating pillow is not a toy.
