6-chamber organic spelt grain pillow. Size: approx. 40 x 30 cm. Filling: approx. 1,500 g organic spelt grains. Cover: 100% cotton. The pillow is divided into six chambers so the filling remains flexible while staying evenly distributed. It is particularly suitable as a back pillow or stomach pillow, as well as a foot warmer and bed warmer. For use as a heat pillow in a microwave with a turntable, heat at 600 watts on the medium setting for 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow well and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, switch off the grill function, place the pillow on the middle rack, and heat with top and bottom heat at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven. For lower heat requirements, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. To use as a cold pack, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Ensure that the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contamination such as food residue or grease may damage the product. Excessive heating, excessive power, or use of the grill function can overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances do not permit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating.
