The cervical spine neck crescent pillow is filled with approximately 1,300 g of organic spelt grains and is designed for the neck, shoulders, upper back, and sides of the neck. The U-shaped design covers the shoulder area, while the filled collar covers the neck and the attached back section provides coverage for the upper back. It remains comfortable while walking, sitting, or bending. When warmed, the spelt grains release a pleasant grain aroma. The chambered design helps maintain even heat distribution, and the filling can be shifted as needed. The pillow can be warmed in a 600-watt microwave for approximately 90 seconds, then shaken and reheated in 15-second intervals if needed. In an oven, do not preheat; use baking paper, place the pillow freely on the middle rack, add a cup of water, turn off the grill function, and heat with top and bottom heat at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. For lower heat requirements, warm it on a radiator. To use as a cold pack, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Read and retain the instructions and safety information before use. Check that the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Food residue and grease can damage the product. Excessive heating, excessive power, or using the grill function may overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances may not permit heating of heat packs. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. Other available fillings include cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat grains.
