Thanks to its special, exclusive fabric, ORIONE's elastic inguinal hernia briefs are elegant and comfortable. They are designed for the management of unilateral and bilateral inguinal hernias. Our inguinal hernia briefs are worn instead of regular underwear, absorb sweat, and feature specific inner pockets for inserting the pressure pads, which are included, to improve functionality and effectiveness. Their special handcrafted construction, together with the use of high-quality elastic materials, provides a differentiated degree of elasticity, helping avoid pressure on the affected area without restricting movement. Our products are handmade and manufactured in our factory in Italy. They comply with the requirements of the European ISO 9001 standards and bear the European CE conformity marking. To choose your size based on abdominal circumference, we recommend measuring your waist several centimeters below the navel, as shown in the second image in the description. Please note that this product (Art. 515) is made from a slightly less elastic fabric than other inguinal hernia products, so you should almost always choose one size smaller. If your measurement is a few centimeters above a size range, you can choose one size smaller. For example, if your waist measures 81, 82, or 83 cm, instead of size 8185 cm, we recommend choosing size 7680 cm. If your waist measures 84 or 85 cm, choose size 8185 cm.
