We have captured the true culinary heart of Sicily in our fruity, aromatic Outico marinade. Made with great care according to an old original Sicilian recipe, it combines sun-ripened tomatoes, fruity bell pepper, sweet Italian onions, and traditional Mediterranean herbs. A good meat marinade is the foundation of any successful barbecue. Wurzteufel offers a wide selection of traditional as well as new and distinctive flavor variations. Our meat marinades are quick to mix and economical to use. Their unique, finely creamy consistency completely coats the meat on all sides and gives it an appetizing sheen. The marinade also keeps the meat fresh for hours and helps prevent steaks from drying out too quickly during grilling. Preparation: Dissolve the dry marinade in drinking water at an approximate 1:1 ratio using a whisk or immersion blender until fully dissolved. Then, while stirring continuously, gradually add approximately the same amount of olive oil or another cooking oil. The marinade is ready when it has an even, creamy consistency and an appetizing sheen. Ingredients: Natural spices, tomatoes, dextrose, fine sea salt, seasoning, acidity regulator: lactic acid; herbs, emulsifier: lecithin; natural spice extracts and pure essential spice oils, thickener: xanthan gum. Also suitable for vegan and vegetarian cuisine. The product may contain minute traces of allergens present in the facility but not included in the product recipe.
