Product description Cooked ham baked until crispy in the oven. High-quality, oven-baked ham with a crispy rind and a distinctive flavor. The carefully prepared ham is marinated for 24 hours in a special spice blend and then gently cooked for 10 hours. It is subsequently baked in the oven at very high temperatures for several hours until crisp. The long cooking time and thorough browning make the ham tender and exceptionally aromatic. Ingredients Pork, table salt, glucose syrup, natural flavoring, stabilizers: diphosphates and triphosphates, acidity regulators: potassium lactate and sodium diacetate, antioxidants: ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.
