More than just a beautiful splash of color in the kitchen! Curry, the staple spice of Indian cuisine, is technically not a single spice but a carefully balanced blend of various spices. There is no fixed curry recipe, so every curry blend is different. Our well-balanced curry blend enhances exotic curry dishes as well as classic local recipes, without added salt. The blend gets its unusual pink color from the hibiscus blossoms it contains. Aroma and flavor: intense and aromatic with a slightly tart note. The pink organic curry is ideal for fish and seafood, and can also give poultry and beef a fruity, exotic flavor. Tip: Do not add curry to fat that is too hot, as it may become bitter. However, curry needs a little fat to fully develop its flavor. Spice blend. Ingredients: hibiscus, fenugreek, black pepper, garlic, coriander, cassia cinnamon, beetroot, mace, ginger, cloves, fennel, cardamom, anise. All ingredients are from certified organic farming. Our products are carefully hand-packed at our family business in northern Germany. Packages are environmentally friendly and include a free sample.
