Producer: Elena Walch. Produced in Termeno (BZ), Alto Adige, from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Aged partly in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel. Red in color, with a clear, fresh bouquet. Soft and harmonious on the palate, with a spicy aftertaste, good persistence, and an elegant character. Serving temperature: 1618. Pair with duck breast with traditional balsamic vinegar. Alcohol content: 13.0% vol.
