Product description POLYSEPT Ointment 50 g by POLYSEPT DERMAPHARM AG Ingredients Active ingredient: povidone-iodine. Each 1 g of ointment contains 0.1 g povidone-iodine (average molecular weight 44,000, with 10% available iodine). Other ingredients: macrogol, sodium hydroxide, purified water. Directions for use Apply to the affected area once or several times daily. Cover with a dressing if needed. Warnings The brown coloration of the solution and ointment indicates that it is effective. Fading of the color indicates decreasing effectiveness. In this case, reapply the product.
