Only the finest pork ham is used, under strict quality controls. Bioland certified. Made without nitrite curing salt or other additives. Naturally gluten-free and lactose-free, with natural yeast formation through fermentation. Innovative polypropylene (PP) packaging offers high recyclability for the circular use of packaging materials. Preparation tip: Open the package approximately 15 minutes before eating so the ham can develop its full aroma. Modified-atmosphere composition: Nitrogen, carbon dioxide.
