Prmo praline fillings have an excellent flavor and a delicate melt. They are ready to use and can be filled directly into chocolate shells or praline cups. For a more fluid consistency, gently warm the praline filling. Refine it to your taste, for example with alcohol, nuts, flavor pastes, or crispies. The filling contains no water. Compared with standard ganache fillings made with boiled cream, this means that ingredients such as crispies cannot absorb moisture and therefore remain crunchy. Your finished pralines stay fresh longer and provide a more intense flavor. The purchase includes the praline filling only. Chocolate shells and decorations are not included. Ingredients: Vegetable oil (sunflower), sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa powder, humectant: glycerin; cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavoring.
