This affordable dressage pad in the Special design has one refillable chamber on each side and an underside made of Australian Merino sheepskin with a wool height of approx. 25 mm. The sheepskin underside can absorb sweat or moisture very well and provides pleasant temperature regulation for the horse while riding. The pad has an anatomical shape and features a generous spinal channel approx. 7 cm wide, allowing very good ventilation in this area. The sheepskin pad can provide additional wither clearance and comfort when needed through its interchangeable, pressure-absorbing and pressure-distributing foam rubber inserts. Thanks to its anatomical shape, the pad also fits horses with higher withers and many other back shapes. The upper side consists of foam rubber in the saddle contact area and cotton quilted fabric, and is equipped with practical hook-and-loop straps for securing it to the saddle. Also suitable, for example, for the Hidalgo Venice saddle or other dressage-cut saddles. Care instructions: Sheepskin consists of genuine leather and wool and contains natural lanolin. This natural wool fat gives sheepskin a certain self-cleaning ability and repels dirt. The sheepskin leather also consists of protein fibers, similar to human skin, and can be damaged by cleaning agents, including through degreasing of the leather. As a result, the leather may become stiff and brittle. We therefore strongly advise against washing sheepskin products and accept no liability for washing damage. Our cleaning recommendation: Air the product, shake it out and brush it, vacuum it, or clean it with a damp cloth. If you nevertheless choose to wash the sheepskin product, you do so at your own risk.
