This 2-piece set includes one 3-chamber pillow measuring 36 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 500 g, plus one small pillow measuring 17 x 11 cm and weighing approximately 120 g. General information: This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for heating in the oven: Remove the pillow from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pillow on a clean, cold oven rack covered with baking paper. Place the rack on the middle shelf and heat the pillow for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Instructions for heating in the microwave: Remove the pillow from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the pillow in half. Always place one cup of water in the microwave. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pillow due to the risk of burns. Do not leave the pillow unattended while heating. Do not continue using it if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for future reference. Care instructions: Allow the pillow to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat pillows with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety warnings: Never heat the pillow unattended. Overheating may cause a fire or burns. Follow the manufacturers specified heating times and temperatures. Always check the temperature before use, for example by touching it with your hand. A pillow that is too hot may cause skin burns, especially to children and older people. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to the risk of choking and burns from improper use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the filling, such as cherry pits, spelt, or rapeseed. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of choking and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if there is a smell of burning.
