People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption of this product. Preparation: Use 2 teaspoons of tea per cup (approx. 200 ml). Always pour over freshly boiling water and steep for at least 810 minutes. This is necessary to obtain a safe food product. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
