Our creme paradiso coffee is special because it has low acidity. This is due to the particularly ripe coffee beans, the distinctive growing regions, and the gentle roasting process. Conventional coffee is briefly heated to 600800C in large-scale roasteries and is often stored for longer periods. Our coffee is gently heated to approximately 220240C in a small-batch roasteryand you can taste the difference. Made from 100% Arabica beans, this organic coffee is suitable for drip coffee makers, portafilter machines, French presses, and fully automatic coffee machines. Organic gourmet coffee creme paradiso has a mild, delicate flavor. The beans are grown in Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia. In Bolivia, the highlands produce wonderfully balanced coffees with a pleasant sweetness. The organic Arabica grows in Caravani Province, in the Yungas region on the eastern edge of the Andes, accessible from Bolivias capital, La Paz, only via very high mountain passes. Colombian coffee production is known for its high quality. The Federacin Nacional de Cafeteros defines the highest bean quality as Supremo. Peru is a small coffee-producing country. Even today, 98% of its coffee trees grow in partially inaccessible forest areas. The trees can be harvested there, but cannot be cultivated with the goal of increasing yields. Good coffees come from Chanchamayo, Cuzco, and Urubamba. The highest quality grade is AAA. The flavor is rounded and sweet. Roasted in Switzerland and packaged in Germany.
