3-chamber rapeseed pack measuring approximately 20 x 50 cm, filled with approximately 1,100 g of rapeseed kernels and covered in 100% organic cotton. The pack is divided into three chambers so the filling remains flexible while staying well distributed. Its size makes it suitable as an abdominal, back, leg, foot, or neck pack. Rapeseed kernels are small, black, oil-rich granules that make the pack particularly pliable. Their scent is very neutral. The rapeseed pack is not washable. Use as a heat pack in the microwave: At approximately 600 watts on the medium setting, heat for about 90 seconds. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pack well and continue heating in 15-second intervals. Use as a heat pack in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper, place the pack freely, and put a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. For less warmth, the pack can be heated on a radiator. Use as a cold pack: Place the pack in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Other filling options available include spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat. The manufacturer recommends the rapeseed filling. This wellness heat-and-cold pack is intended for relaxation and home use. Read the instructions and safety information before use and retain them for future reference. If the product is passed on to another person, include these instructions. Caution: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pack is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease may damage the product. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the kernels do not dry out. Excessive heating, excessive power, or an activated grill function may overheat the pack and cause a fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat packs. Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating it.
