Product descriptions ratiopharm nasal spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride, which has vasoconstrictive and decongestant properties. It reduces swelling of the nasal mucous membranes and helps secretions, such as those occurring with sinusitis, drain more easily. The nasal spray is therefore suitable for cold-related nasal congestion, allergic rhinitis, and intermittent runny nose. In addition, the nasal spray is preservative-free, making it especially gentle on the nose and suitable for treating people with allergies.
