Red Angel Espresso Coffee The Fiery medium roast made from 100% Robusta beans from the island of Java in the heart of Indonesia. This spicy cup develops its character through its full body, low acidity, and complex richness. The thick, heavy-bodied espresso produces an excellent crema that lasts a very long time. With four times more caffeine than other espressos, it is possibly the strongest espresso in the world. Our roasting master uses a gentle, long roast at low temperatures in a traditional Italian drum roaster. This produces a low-acid roast that is especially rich in flavor. Purely artisanal refinement draws 800 unique aroma compounds from the green beans, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile. Our roasting masters continuously test and perfect it. All coffee beans are roasted in small batches and freshly ground to order. Ingredients 100% single-origin espresso beans. Preparation Depending on the preparation method, use 710 g per cup with water heated to 8590C. Bitterness is affected by the grind size, water temperature, and flow rate.
