Measure your underbust Stand upright without a bra or while wearing an unpadded bra, and exhale. Then hold a measuring tape firmly around your back at band level and measure the lower circumference of your bustaround your rib cage, directly beneath your breasts. 2. Measure your bust Now measure the fullest part of your bust. The measuring tape should be horizontal and lie flat across your back, resting comfortably over your breasts for an accurate measurement.
