Rice pudding just like in the old days, but much faster and without scorching. Simply stir into boiling milk, let stand for 10 minutes, and enjoy fresh rice pudding while it is hot. Any leftovers also taste delicious cold. There are no limits to your creativity when adding toppings: our rice pudding tastes great with fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate sprinkles, applesauce, dried fruit, chia or flax seeds, cacao nibs, compote, or syrup. Ingredients: Short-grain rice (51%), sugar, starch, thickener xanthan gum, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavoring. May contain traces of TREE NUTS, EGG, SOY, and MILK. Preparation: You will need 500 ml (1/2 liter) of milk. 1. Bring the milk to a boil. 2. Remove the pot from the heat. Sprinkle in the RUF rice pudding mix while stirring constantly with a whisk, and continue stirring for about 1 minute. Do not place the pot back on the heat. Let the rice pudding stand for 10 minutes. 3. Stir the rice pudding thoroughly again and serve as desired with RUF cinnamon sugar, applesauce, compote, or fresh fruit.
