20 meters of caliber 36/40 pork casing, dry-salted and ideal for smaller quantities. Suitable for making bratwurst, Mettenden, Fleischwurst, raw sausage, and more. The pork casings are dry-salted. Origin: Germany. Preparation: Wash off the salt and soak in lukewarm water for approximately 30 minutes. Storage: Store in a cool place. The casings have a minimum shelf life of 3 months from delivery. When frozen, they have a shelf life of at least 6 months. Always keep salted. Ingredients: Pork casing, table salt. Instructions for use: Soak in warm water for approximately 30 minutes before processing. Store in a cool place.
