- Natural fruit pectin made from fresh apples and citrus fruits, pressed and gently dried.
- Recommended dosage: 0.3% to 0.8% of the total weight, depending on the product and desired consistency.
- Ideal for reduced-sugar jams and jellies; gels and thickens with little sugar for consistent results.
- For fillings and baked goods; remains stable during baking without releasing water, ideal for soft fillings.
