GelSoft technology absorbs shock, and the adhesive backing keeps the pads securely in place. Easy to attach to the back of the heel, they fit most women's shoes. Ideal for active days, they combine comfort, stability, and discretion. Ingredients: Gel. Directions: Test the pad's position in the shoe before removing the protective film. If necessary, remove the protective film from the pad and ensure it is positioned in the same place in each shoe. To remove the pad, gently pull it out of the shoe while applying pressure to the shoe with your other hand. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear. General information: Helps when wearing high-heeled shoes. Warnings: For shoes with a heel height over 5.5 cm. Not suitable for shoes with lower heels.
