This 2-piece set includes a 3-chamber heat pillow measuring 36 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 500 g, plus a small pillow measuring 17 x 11 cm and weighing approximately 120 g. Select your preferred color. Depending on how the fabric is cut, the pattern may vary slightly. Shipping is by DHL parcel with tracking number. The product is intended to support self-care and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Oven heating: Remove the pillow from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using conventional top and bottom heat. Place the pillow on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper. Put the rack on the middle shelf and heat the pillow for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Microwave heating: Remove the pillow from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, the pillow may need to be folded once in the middle. Always place a cup of water in the microwave. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pillow; overheating may cause burns. Do not leave the pillow unattended while heating. Do not use it again if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for future reference. Allow the pillow to cool completely between uses and store it in a dry place. Heat pillows with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be dried for a very long time, preferably on a heater, due to the risk of mold. Safety warnings: Never heat the pillow unattended. Unsupervised heating in a microwave or oven may cause overheating, fire, or burns. Follow the specified heating times and temperatures. Always check the temperature before use, especially when used by children or older adults. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to the risk of choking and burns from improper use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the filling. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of choking and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if you notice a burning smell.
