Sheep casings, 45 meters, Grade AB, caliber 22/24. High-quality natural casings for smaller-scale use, including home butchering. They are ideal for making pepper sausages, bratwurst, and more, and are salted for easy processing. Before use, soak in lukewarm water for approximately 30 minutes. Store in a cool place. When frozen, shelf life is more than 6 months. Always salt the casings. Ingredients: lamb meat, table salt.
