Shipping and returns: Custom-made products cannot be returned. Delivery is made to the building entrance; the carrier does not bring the tray into the home. In the event of transport damage, a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible, which may delay delivery. It is essential to inspect the product upon receipt and note any damage.
