- Gum Arabic Powder - Natural premium-quality acacia powder. Cream-white, refined powder from acacia resin with a high fiber content and versatile functional properties.
- Versatile Use - Ideal as a thickener and stabilizer for syrups, marshmallows, soft candies, and icings. Prevents sugar crystallization, increases viscosity, and provides an attractive shine for marzipan and coatings.
- Directions - Use at a dosage of 1% to 2%; soluble in cold water. For icings, mix 10 g with 60 ml of warm water. For baking, use approximately 5 g per 3 eggs and adjust according to the recipe.
- Specifications - Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Ingredient: acacia powder E414. Store in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months after opening.
