4-chamber spelt grain pillow for home use as a heat or cold pack. Dimensions: approximately 40 x 40 cm. Filling: approximately 1,2001,300 g of organic spelt grains. Cover: 100% cotton. Easy to use: For heating in a microwave with a turntable, heat at 600 watts (medium setting) for approximately 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For heating in the oven, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, ensure the pillow lies freely, and place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The pillow can also be warmed on a radiator when less heat is needed. For use as a cold pack, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. The pillow is divided into four chambers and is lightly filled despite its 40 x 40 cm size, making it suitable for wrapping around areas such as the feet and for sitting on without putting excessive strain on the seams. For a large, firmly filled pillow, the manufacturer recommends its 6-chamber pillow or 3-chamber 40 x 30 cm pillow. Depending on the selected product, different fillings may be available, including spelt, cherry stones, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. Johns wort seeds, and wheat. Read the instructions and safety information before use and keep them for future reference. If the item is passed on to another person, include the instructions. Caution: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease may damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the grains do not dry out. Heating for too long, using excessive power, or using the grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and catch fire. Also follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances do not permit heating heat packs. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it.
