• Traditional folk-medicine uses: inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis), gallbladder conditions, burns, injuries, disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems, depression, heart- or circulation-related complaints, and lower respiratory tract conditions

These herbs are hand-collected and hand-processed in the Altai Mountains of Russia. Application, option 1: Pour boiling water over the entire contents of the package and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Then strain through a sieve into the bathwater. Application, option 2: Place the entire contents of the package in a cloth bag, put it in the bathtub, and run water over it. While bathing, squeeze the bag gradually. Recommended bathing time: 20 minutes at 37C. Warning: Possible individual intolerance.
