Have the user lie on the blanket and begin operation. 3. Connect the power and turn on the switch. 4. Press the Set button, select the time option, and set the machine's operating time. 5. Press the Set button. When Temperature 1 flashes, use the up and down buttons to set the output temperature for Output 1. The value can be saved automatically after setting. 6. Press the Set button again. When Temperature 2 flashes, use the up and down buttons to set the output temperature for Output 2. The value can be saved automatically after setting. 7. After setting the operating time and output temperatures, press the S/P button to start the machine. 8. After use, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply. 9. Clean the blanket and store it in a dry place. During preheating, the blanket may be laid flat. The usual temperature during the process is 60C; if your body feels cold, adjust the temperature as appropriate and use it for 4560 minutes. Thin cotton pajamas or bathrobes and towels are recommended to absorb sweat. Do not fold the blanket during heating. It may be folded after cooling. Drink more water during the sweating process. Do not shower, expose yourself to cold, or drink cold beverages within two hours after use. Use less frequently on rainy days when humidity is high.
