Description

• Growing area: rolling hills of the Val de Brun estate; R3 clone vineyards typical of Sauvignon.
• Aromas of bell pepper and tomato leaves; 5,0006,000 vines per hectare, average age 1015 years.
• Grapes: Sauvignon. Training system: Sylvoz. Yield: 11.5 kg per vine, or 7080 quintals per hectare.
• Hand-harvested in early September; gently pressed in an oxygen-free environment and fermented at 18C with selected yeasts.
• Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections; delicate, aromatic bouquet with bell pepper and tropical fruit notes.
• Dry, pleasantly fresh, elegant, velvety taste.
• Alcohol: 11.5012.50% vol.; sugar: 4.005.00 g/L; total acidity: 5.506.50 g/L.
• Serve at 810C and uncork immediately before drinking. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.

Suade Sauvignon IGT Veneto by Astoria, 0.75 L. The grapes are hand-harvested in early September, gently pressed in an oxygen-free environment, statically settled, and given a primary fermentation at 18C with selected yeasts. The new wine rests on its fine lees for several weeks before filtration. After tartaric stabilization, it is bottled and then rests in the bottle for several months. It has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, a delicate aromatic bouquet reminiscent of bell pepper and tropical fruit, and a dry, pleasantly fresh, elegant, velvety taste.
