White sweetArt roll fondant for especially fine modeling of figures and coverings. Use: SweetArt fondant is a plant-based roll fondant. This very stable, elastic fondant is particularly well suited for creating elaborate figures. Adding CMC or tragacanth enables even very delicate, intricate work. Quantity: 250 g, sufficient for a 1012 cm cake. Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat from palm and palm kernels, water, humectant (E422), stabilizers (E414, E415), flavoring, acidity regulator (E330), preservative (E202). Allergens: May contain traces of MILK, SULFITES, and SOY. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed. Gluten-free.
