The second belly strap can be adjusted to the dog's anatomy and helps prevent escape. It can also help relieve dogs with musculoskeletal conditions when they have difficulty rising from a lying position or climbing stairs. The attachment point of the NoExit dog harness is located on the front belly strap; the second belly strap is used only to provide additional harness fixation. After successful training or therapy, the second belly strap can be removed so the dog can be walked with the chest harness as usual.
