Description

• STORY: Family winery in Gascony since 1920, founded by the Morel family. Since 2002, sustainably produced wines have been marketed under the Uby name. Gravel-rich soils produce fruity, structured wines that regularly receive international awards.
• VINIFICATION: The Collection Unique is newly composed each year. After maceration, the grapes are gently pressed pneumatically. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks; the wine then matures on the lees before bottling.
